About Valens Wellness
Care that meets you where you are—then helps you move forward.
Valens Wellness provides holistic, natural support for post-injury and post-surgical rehab through skilled massage therapy, movement optimization, and nutritional counseling—so you can feel better, move better, and get back to what you love.

A wellness practice built around real recovery.
Valens Wellness was created to help people bridge the gap between “I’m healing” and “I feel like myself again.” We specialize in supporting clients through post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation using hands-on bodywork and practical lifestyle guidance.
We collaborate with trusted providers across acupuncture, chiropractic, and physical therapy when it benefits your plan—because the best outcomes come from the right care, at the right time, with the right team.
Our approach
Every session starts with one question: what will help you feel better when you leave?
Your goals guide the work—whether you’re returning to training, managing chronic tension, or rebuilding confidence after surgery.
We combine therapeutic massage with thoughtful education and simple next steps you can actually use between visits. That may include exercise routine evaluation/optimization and nutritional counseling to support recovery, resilience, and long-term results.
“Does this have the potential to get this person feeling better when they leave than they did when they walked in?”
Jason Allen
The result is a dynamic, collaborative experience that adapts as your body changes—so your care keeps pace with your progress.

Jason Allen
With his vast knowledge and experience at his disposal, Jason is constantly combining and adapting the many forms of body work he uses towards achieving the common goals he and the client agree upon. This creates a dynamic relationship which shifts and changes with the needs and desired outcomes of the individual. Jason has always been an avid hunter, fisher, and all around sportsman. He regularly volunteers his time training service dogs for veterans at the largest indoor dog rescue in the country when he’s not taking care of the 4 rescue dogs he has at home. ““What a true blessing to find a therapist as knowledgeable as Jason Allen! At a time in my life when I am dealing with injuries and physical limitations, he has skillfully identified and begun addressing the issues that have been holding me back from pursuing my fitness goals. He is consistently professional, taking the time to explain what he’s going to do before beginning any work, which makes me feel comfortable and informed. He’s also easy to reach for booking””
